Yes, those little birdies flew the coop. And I saw it happen, but as far as a foto, no cigar.
Who knows? If we leave the nest, Ms Nuthatch might keep populating the landscape with one of my favourite fowl weather friends.
A new project, besides Dryad and Midsummer Night's Dream, is The Dialogues.
Here is the line drawing. I am trying to "clothe" the subject in dialogues, not unlike Violet and others you Peeps have seen in the past.
plus a quick sketch (this will eventually be a painting) of "Guan Yin of the Thousand Hands" ... it's a first draft, seriously. Nothing pretty about it.
And at the end of the day, I trust you will find your own dialogues -- inner or otherwise -- with what you need and love.

Though things did not go quite as planned, I did have a wonderful time with you and yours yesterday evening. Mr. Mimi Hollace Green and I do love spending time in the Happily Haunted Hollow you call home. Looking forward to coffee today if such should happen and whatever happens next, including but not limited to, a quick drive by a favorite haunt of mine and yours with said 50% off coupons. Oh, an art shenanigans thing with Ms Hollace Green - I would like to see the outcome of this great collaboration! And I so agree with Ms MHG about black and white - those are the only colours that count. (PS I love combining drawings with words ... I do it most of the time ...)

T is doing very well today after a stint in E.R. which I may or may not talk about later. And Miss Mimi Hollace Green and I did indeed have a bit of an art day Sunday. Always something, isn't it, Peeps?
